Brooklyn Soda Works was founded in 2010 by artist Caroline Mak and Chemist Antonio Ramos. What began as a quest for the perfect fizzy refreshment has grown into a humming small business that produces carbonated juices flavored with fresh herbs and spices for local food markets and more than 15 New York State bars and restaurants.
